ROBO GAIT
RoboGait® is a form of therapy that employs electromechanical systems to help patients with neurological or orthopaedic conditions regain their walking abilities. This therapy uses a robot-assisted gait system that focuses on providing controlled motor learning and a natural gait pattern to the lower extremities, thus facilitating rapid progress. The system is particularly useful for those who have suffered spinal or brain injuries and need support to regain their walking ability.
VISIO GAIT
VisioGait® is a specialized system that incorporates sensors to monitor the position of a patient’s joints and weight distribution. The data collected from these sensors is then processed through a specially designed software called the Visual Motivation System (VMS), which is tailored for rehabilitation purposes. By utilizing this system, patients can effectively perform rehabilitation exercises with the help of animations displayed on a screen. The VMS software provides instructions and feedback, allowing patients to complete the exercises by performing the appropriate body movements.
FREE GAIT
FreeGait® is an exoskeleton system designed specifically for individuals undergoing spinal cord injury rehabilitation. It is designed to enhance mobility and function by providing adjustable support for different body sizes. The device is intended for use in a controlled clinical environment such as a gait lab or rehabilitation center, under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
The system is operated using a forearm control that is either assigned to the operator or used by the patient. It is important to note that the device must be used in accordance with the user manual and under the guidance of trained personnel, as it is not suitable for personal use. FreeGait® enables patients to stand, sit, walk, climb stairs, and turn in both directions, thereby improving their overall mobility and functionality.
